These Terms & Conditions apply to all services provided by BONFA Glass & Window Cleaning.

By booking or proceeding with our services, you agree to the terms outlined below.


1. SERVICES

We provide internal and external cleaning of glass surfaces including windows, frames, glass doors, sliding doors, mirrors, shopfronts and other agreed areas. Only services listed in the quotation are included. Any additional work requested on the day may incur extra charges.

2. QUOTATIONS & PRICING

Quotes are based on the information provided by the client or visual inspection. If actual conditions differ (e.g. heavy buildup, paint, hard water stains, difficult access), we reserve the right to adjust pricing. Any changes will be discussed and approved before continuing.

3. QUOTE VALIDITY

All quotes are valid for 30 days from the date issued.

4. ACCESS

Clients must provide safe and clear access to all work areas. This includes access to windows, moving obstacles, securing pets, and ensuring parking if required. A call-out fee may apply if access is not available upon arrival.

5. SAFETY

We prioritise safety at all times. We may refuse or modify work if conditions are unsafe, including weather, height risks, or structural concerns.

6. WEATHER

External services may be rescheduled due to rain, strong winds, or unsafe weather conditions.

7. GLASS CONDITION

We are not responsible for pre-existing damage such as scratches, cracks, faulty seals, or deteriorated frames. Cleaning may reveal existing damage. We do not provide glass repair or restoration.

8. RESULTS

We aim to deliver a professional, streak-free finish. Results may vary depending on the condition and age of the glass.

9. INSURANCE

We are fully insured, including Public Liability Insurance. Proof can be provided upon request.

10. PAYMENT

Payment is due according to the invoice terms. Late payments may incur fees.

11. CANCELLATIONS

A minimum of 24 hours notice is required. Late cancellations may incur a fee.

12. ACCEPTANCE OF WORK

Work should be inspected upon completion. If the client is not present, the job is considered accepted. Any concerns must be reported within 24 hours.

13. CHANGES

We reserve the right to update these Terms & Conditions at any time.
